John Chisholm, Executive Director of Friends of Kenya Rising, gave us a talk, answered questions, and showed us photos of families and students in Kenya who are assisted as they rise out of poverty. John spends most of his time in Kenya working with FKR’s parter non-profit United Kenya Rising. This program on Friday, November 3rd, at 3 p.m. was held at Orchard Park Friends Meeting House, 6924 East Quaker Street, Orchard Park, NY 14127 and was open to all, was well attended.
